Food Venture Lead (Male Preferred)

Nai Subah Youth Empowerment Trust is looking for a dynamic Food Venture Lead to head its Time Out Food Venture—a social enterprise empowering visually impaired youth through culinary skills and entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead operations with focus on hygiene, quality, and sustainability.

Manage budgeting, pricing, and cost control.

Represent Time Out at events, networking, and community platforms.

Train students in food preparation, safety, hygiene, and kitchen equipment.

Guide trainees in handling commercial orders, from receiving to delivery.

Preferred Background:

Experience in F&B industry, culinary training, or food venture management.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Passion for social impact, inclusion, and capacity-building.
