Food windows and hostesses will be cross trained for an alternating schedule.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and take their food and ice cream orders with enthusiasm and accuracy
• Serve a variety of frozen treats, snacks, and beverages efficiently at the window station
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area, including sanitizing surfaces regularly
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
• Assist in restocking supplies, toppings, and packaging to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Follow all safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work comfortably in a lively environment
• Strong communication skills with a positive, approachable demeanor
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
• Flexibility to work during peak hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering excellent guest experiences

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.50 - $14.50 per hour
