Football Coach

This is a full-time on-site role for a Football Coach based in Dubai. The Football Coach will be responsible for planning and delivering training sessions aligning with the academy coaching philosophy and methodology , developing individual player skills, and preparing the team for matches. Additional tasks include crafting training programs, assessing players' performance, and promoting sportsmanship and discipline among team members. Age groups (5-12).

Qualifications

• Football Coaching and Football skills
• Strong Communication and Training abilities
• Previous experience in a similar coaching role
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills
• Ability to work well with young athletes of various age groups
• Knowledge of safety and first aid practices
• Coaching Certificate minimum ( UEFA C , AFC C)
