Footings/foundation form, rebar, concrete

Overview
Seeking experienced concrete form setter/foundation carpenter to form footings and stem walls, install and tie rebar, and assist with foundation construction for a month long project June-July. Will be setting the footing, foundation and slab for a commercial building located in Pleasant Grove Utah (Utah county).

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate rebar components.
• Cut, bend, and assemble rebar using hand tools, power tools, and other fabrication equipment.
• Install/construct forms for footing, foundation and slab
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Prior construction site experience working with rebar fabrication or related steel reinforcement activities is required.
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fabrication.
• Help with concrete placement on footing and foundation

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
