Position Overview

We are looking for creative and passionate Footwear Designers — Interns, Freshers, and Experienced (1–5 years) — to join our design team.

Note: This position is only open for candidates based in Delhi NCR, India. Applications from other locations will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

● Design & Conceptualization: Create original footwear designs through sketches, renderings, and mood boards aligned with brand identity and market trends.

● Market Research: Study fashion and footwear trends, materials, and production techniques to guide design direction.

● Material & Color Selection: Identify suitable materials, textures, and color palettes for seasonal collections.

● Prototyping & Sampling: Develop prototypes, conduct fit sessions, and ensure comfort, design quality, and accuracy.

● Technical Drawings: Prepare detailed technical specifications for production and quality assurance.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product development, marketing, and sales teams to align creative goals with business needs.

● Manufacturer Coordination: Collaborate with manufacturers to ensure final production matches design intent.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Footwear Design, Industrial Design, or related field (preferred).

● Experience: Open to Interns, Freshers, and professionals with 1–5 years of relevant experience.

● Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.

● Creativity: Strong conceptualization, sketching, and visualization skills.

● Attention to Detail: Excellent focus on design precision, materials, and finishing.

● Teamwork & Communication: Strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities.

● Problem-Solving: Innovative mindset for design and production challenges.
