Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling residential and commercial foreclosure. This role requires excellent analytical and advocacy skills, as well as a strong commitment to client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution processes as needed.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, keeping them informed about case developments and legal options.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide comprehensive legal services.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar.
• Minimum of 5 years of foreclosure associate experience
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
