Foreclosure Attorney (Boca Raton - HYBRID REMOTE)

We are a reputable Real Estate Litigation law firm looking for an experienced Foreclosure Litigation Attorney to join our BOCA RATON team. (We will allow HYBRID REMOTE - you can work from home 3 days per week!)

We represent CREDITORS (banks, lenders, loan servicers, mortgage companies, etc.) so we are looking for someone with Creditor's experience. Must have "first legal action" experience in FL.

We're seeking a Real Estate Attorney with mortgage foreclosure litigation experience to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working contested and uncontested files including reviewing complaints, preparing motions for default, motions for summary judgment, discovery, final judgment hearings and trials.

IDEAL CANDIDATE: 3 + years experience handling own case load of uncontested residential mortgage from service of process through sales and/or other foreclosure litigation cases in FLORIDA.
