JOB DESCRIPTION:
Pinao Consulting is seeking an FMS Human Resource Specialist (Journeyman) to Provide HR/manpower support to International Directorate for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) funded positions. This role provides human resources support to the International Directorate by assisting with manpower planning and staffing requirements funded through FMS; perform integrated support for personnel and manpower management activities related to supporting and sustaining the F-35 program.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with FMS manpower planning, billet definitions, and position documentation.
- Coordinate staffing workflows and maintain FMS personnel records and trackers.
- Support onboarding/offboarding for FMS funded positions; ensure compliance with FMS policy.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Familiar with Federal HR and FMS processes; coordination across Services and international stakeholders.
- Experienced with Excel trackers; SharePoint; Teams; HR databases as designated by JPO.
- Demonstrated experience in Federal human resources and/or manpower positions, and familiarity in developing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) manpower packages.
Education:
- Minimum Bachelors degree in related subject or discipline OR equivalent combination of education and work experience
Security Clearance:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and hold a Secret Clearance
Work Experience:
- Minimum 5 years performing duties described in the description above
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Arlington, VA OR Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH
Salary: $75,000 – 80,000
