Foreign Trade Operations Executive

We are seeking an experienced Foreign Trade Operations Executive to support and enhance our company’s import and domestic foreign trade activities. The successful candidate will have solid expertise in customs processes, foreign trade legislation, documentation management, and end to end operational workflow.

This role will play a key part in ensuring operational excellence, compliance with regulations, and the effective execution of international supply chain processes, contributing to the organization’s long term strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing end to end import and domestic foreign trade operations in accordance with relevant laws and regulations,

• Supervising customs clearance, logistics, transportation, and foreign trade documentation processes,

• Monitoring updates in foreign trade regulations, HS Codes, customs practices, and compliance requirements,

• Conducting cost optimization analysis and identifying efficiency opportunities within operational processes,

• Coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders such as supply chain, logistics, production, procurement, and finance teams,

• Managing performance, communication, and contractual processes with external service providers (customs brokers, freight forwarders, logistics partners, etc.),

• Reviewing payment terms, Incoterms, invoicing, and contractual procedures,

• Leading operational process improvement initiatives and preparing regular analytical reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics & Administrative Sciences, or Social Sciences,

• At least 7 years of professional experience in foreign trade operations (preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or chemical industries),

• Strong knowledge of import operations, customs legislation, and foreign trade documentation,

• Advanced analytical thinking, problem solving, and process management capabilities,

• Cost focused approach with proven ability to improve operational productivity,

• A strong customer oriented mindset, with the ability to support internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and solution oriented operational management,

• Advanced level of English (written and spoken),

• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is an advantage,

• Strong communication, coordination, planning, and organizational skills,

• A results oriented professional who can adapt to corporate business environments.
