Available Career Pathways & Compensation

• Licensed House Physician / Graduate Physician Assistant
• Estimated Compensation: From $10,000 per month, with potential for more based on productivity.
• Area of Critical Need (ACN) Licensed Physician
• Estimated Compensation: $200,000+ per year.
• Fully Licensed Foreign-Trained Physician
• Estimated Compensation: $12,000+ per month, based on productivity.
• Residency Candidate
• Estimated Compensation: ~$60,000 per year (resident salary level).
• Support: Our team has a proven track record; all trainees who completed our program over the past four years have successfully obtained a medical residency position.
• Non-Clinical Roles (for eligible candidates)
• EMR Consulting: Potential earnings of $8,000+ per week. (ECFMG certification required, no state medical license needed).
• Medical Legal Consulting: Potential earnings of several hundred dollars per hour.

Practice & Location

You will be training and working at our facility located at 11555 Central Parkway, Jacksonville, FL 32224, with potential time at a secondary location. Our practice spans outpatient, tele-medicine, urgent care, and inpatient settings, covering a wide range of primary care, disability, and specialty referral cases.

Work hours will be determined based on the medical group's needs and your availability.
