Job Description:

Copri Construction Enterprises Establishment is currently hiring experienced Foremen in the following specialties to join our projects in Abu Dhabi:

• Earthworks Foreman
• Electrical Foreman
• Asphalt Foreman
• Water & Infrastructure Foreman

We are looking for highly skilled and committed professionals who have extensive experience working in the UAE construction sector.

Key Responsibilities (General):

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for assigned specialty
• Ensure work is carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Manage and guide site workers and subcontractors
• Monitor material usage and ensure timely availability
• Report daily progress to site engineers or project managers
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Troubleshoot site issues and provide on-ground solutions
• Maintain accurate site records and logs

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Foreman in the UAE
• Must have experience working with contracting companies, preferably in infrastructure and civil works
• Proven expertise in one of the listed specialties
• Good understanding of construction drawings and site execution
• Ability to lead teams and manage on-site operations efficiently
• Knowledge of safety procedures and construction standards
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Availability to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred
