Key ResponsibilitiesSite Supervision

• Oversee daily construction activities and ensure smooth workflow.
• Assign tasks to workers and monitor performance.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to drawings and specifications.

Team Management

• Lead and guide workers, providing training where needed.
• Maintain discipline and resolve on-site issues.
• Ensure adequate manpower is available for daily tasks.

Quality & Safety Compliance

• Enforce safety regulations and ensure workers use PPE.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and correct hazards.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the project execution.

Coordination

• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors.
• Communicate daily progress updates to the site engineer or supervisor.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper usage of materials.

Documentation

• Maintain attendance records of workers.
• Prepare daily progress reports.
• Report incidents, delays, or material shortages promptly.

Tools & Materials Management

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of materials.
• Check availability of tools and equipment and report any damages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
