Foreman

We are looking for an experienced Waterproofing Foreman to lead and supervise all site activities related to waterproofing works. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively to ensure high-quality work and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily waterproofing site activities.
• Ensure proper application of waterproofing systems (membrane, coating, injection, sealants, etc.) as per project specifications.
• Manage and guide site workers to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Inspect work areas and verify that installation and material usage meet approved methods.
• Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare daily reports, monitor productivity, and solve site issues promptly.
• Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are used properly and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in waterproofing works.
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and understand drawings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• UAE experience is preferred.
