Job Summary:
The Foreman is responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, managing workers, ensuring work is carried out as per drawings and specifications, and maintaining quality, safety, and productivity at the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce
- Allocate work to skilled and unskilled labour as per work schedule
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor quality of workmanship and materials used
- Ensure adherence to safety rules and site regulations
- Coordinate with Site Engineer for work planning and progress updates
- Maintain daily labour attendance and work reports
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Identify site issues and report to the Site Engineer/Project Manager
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors at site
- Ensure proper use and storage of tools, equipment, and materials
- Support material receiving and site inventory checks
Qualifications & Skills:
- ITI / Diploma in Civil or relevant trade (preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Foreman (construction/interiors)
- Good knowledge of construction methods and site practices
- Ability to read basic drawings and measurements
- Strong leadership and team-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of safety norms
- Good communication skills (local language; English preferred)
Work Environment:
- Construction / interior project sites
- May require extended working hours based on project needs

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
