MEP Foreman – Residential Renovation (Villas)

Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced MEP Foreman to lead electrical, plumbing, and basic mechanical works on villa and residential renovation projects. This is a hands-on, site-based role focused on execution, quality, and labor supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily MEP works (electrical, plumbing, basic AC coordination)
• Assign tasks to electricians, plumbers, and helpers
• Ensure works follow approved drawings & specs
• Check concealed works before closing
• Coordinate with Site Supervisor / Project Engineer
• Report daily progress, manpower & issues
• Maintain safety, discipline & quality on site

Requirements

• 5+ years UAE experience in residential/villa MEP works
• Strong hands-on knowledge of electrical & plumbing
• Ability to read MEP drawings
• Experience managing technicians & helpers
• Renovation experience preferred
