FIVE ATELIERS is the premier interior design company in Dubai and we have successfully completed several projects for many prestigious clients in multiple sectors across the UAE. We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell electrical products and solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and coordinate daily work activities of production staff.
• Assign duties and ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Monitor production output and ensure quality standards are met.
• Ensure proper use of machinery, tools, and materials.
• Maintain discipline and a safe working environment.
• Report daily production status to management.
• Train and guide workers on proper work methods.
• Identify and resolve production issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Support management in achieving production targets and deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control.
• Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions.
• Basic reporting and record-keeping skills.
• Physically fit and able to work on the production floor.
