Foreman

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to supervise and coordinate daily operations . The ideal candidate will ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily site or factory operations.
• Assign tasks and supervise workers to ensure productivity and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Report progress and issues to management promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or technical certification (additional training in construction or manufacturing is a plus).
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Foreman or in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
