Job Title: Foreman (Civil & Finishing Works)

Job Summary:

The Foreman is responsible for supervising construction workers on-site and ensuring that civil and finishing works are completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities for civil and finishing works (plastering, tiling, painting, etc.)
• Assign tasks to workers and monitor their performance
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications
• Check quality of materials and workmanship
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other teams
• Maintain safety standards and ensure workers follow safety rules
• Report daily progress to the site engineer or project manager
• Manage tools, equipment, and site materials efficiently

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in civil and finishing works
• Good knowledge of construction drawings and finishing techniques
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage workers and meet deadlines
• GCC experience is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR2,000.00 per month
