Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for our Foreman position. They will lead and oversee complex water feature construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. As a key player in our team, you will coordinate all aspects of construction management, ensuring projects are completed on time, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. Your expertise in construction, landscaping, and customer service will drive project success and client satisfaction.

Duties

• Arrive on time to appointments
• Install, clean, and maintain water features (ponds, pond less waterfalls, fountains)
• Manage a crew of two team members
• Ongoing paid training
• Collecting payments
• Making deposits

• Strong knowledge of landscaping
