Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to join our growing construction team.

* 4–5 years of experience as a Foreman in the construction industry

* Valid UAE driver's license (mandatory)

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

* Experience coordinating site activities, subcontractors, and labor teams

* Knowledge of construction safety standards and site procedures

* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

* Supervise daily construction site operations

* Manage and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and equipment

* Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

* Report site progress and issues to project management
