Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Foreman to supervise and coordinate daily site operations for dewatering and construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing manpower, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently, monitoring project progress, and coordinating with site engineers and project managers to meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily dewatering and site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to project requirements and safety standards.
• Coordinate and monitor site workforce, equipment, and materials to achieve project targets.
• Allocate tasks to workers and ensure productivity and quality standards are maintained.
• Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of dewatering systems, pumps, pipelines, and related equipment.
• Conduct daily site inspections and report progress, issues, and resource requirements to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company QHSE policies, site safety procedures, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor equipment performance and arrange maintenance or repairs when required.
• Maintain daily records of manpower, equipment usage, and work progress.
• Assist in planning site activities and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience as a Foreman in Dewatering, Construction, Civil, or Infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of dewatering systems, excavation support works, and site operations.

Ability to lead and manage a multicultural workforce.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of UAE construction and safety standards is preferred.

Ability to read drawings and follow project specifications.
