Summary

The Foreman-Carpentry is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all carpentry work on a construction site. They will ensure that all tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

Job Responsibility

• Supervise and coordinate a team of carpenters to ensure work progresses as scheduled.
• Interpret blueprints and construction drawings to plan carpentry projects.
• Inspect work progress and quality to ensure adherence to building codes and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with other trades and contractors on-site to ensure smooth workflow.
• Train new employees and ensure all staff are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to complete tasks.
• Manage inventory of materials and tools needed for carpentry work.
