Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate carpenters, helpers, and subcontractors.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
- Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of carpentry works.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Train and guide junior carpenters on proper methods and safe practices.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of carpentry tools and equipment.
- Maintain daily reports, material requests, and project documentation.
- Enforce workplace safety rules and site cleanliness.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a foreman or lead carpenter.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
