Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise and coordinate daily site activities for civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in UAE construction sites, with the ability to manage work crews, ensure quality execution, and maintain strict safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities on-site.
• Allocate tasks and responsibilities to workers and subcontractors to ensure efficient use of manpower and resources.
• Read, interpret, and implement technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Monitor site progress to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Oversee the proper use, storage, and maintenance of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Conduct regular toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Track crew attendance and maintain daily manpower records.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and consultants for smooth execution.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Report daily progress, challenges, and site updates to project management.
• Participate in site meetings and follow up on action items.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Civil Foreman in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction safety practices and regulations.
• Proven leadership and team supervision skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Good understanding of civil construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Good spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
