We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman to supervise and manage day-to-day site activities. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in executing civil works on site.

Requirements

✅ Minimum 5–8 years of experience in civil construction projects
✅ Strong experience in site supervision and workforce management
✅ Ability to read drawings and execute work accordingly
✅ Experience in all types of civil works (concrete, block work, plastering, finishing, etc.)
✅ Good coordination skills with engineers and subcontractors
✅ UAE experience preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings
• Manage labor teams and allocate tasks effectively
• Monitor work progress and report to site engineers
• Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of works
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on site
• Resolve day-to-day site issues
