Foreman (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) – Al Jaber Group

Al Jaber Group provides construction, logistics, and industrial services, employing large numbers of laborers, drivers, and technical workers across infrastructure projects.

Job Description:

A Foreman at Al Jaber Group is responsible for supervising daily site activities and ensuring construction works are completed safely, on time, and according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision

Supervise workers, technicians, and subcontractors on-site

Ensure work is carried out according to project drawings and specifications

Monitor daily progress and report to Site Engineer / Project Engineer

2. Technical Execution

Civil Foreman: earthworks, concrete, rebar, formwork, finishing

Mechanical Foreman: piping, welding, HVAC installation, equipment assembly

Electrical Foreman: cable pulling, panel installation, conduit works, testing

3. Safety (HSE Compliance)

Enforce site safety rules and PPE usage

Conduct toolbox talks and hazard awareness

Ensure compliance with company and government safety regulations

4. Coordination

Coordinate with engineers, QA/QC, and planning teams

Allocate manpower and materials efficiently

Resolve site issues and delays

5. Reporting

Daily work progress reports

Material usage and manpower tracking

Incident and delay reporting

Requirements:

Diploma / ITI / Technical certificate (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical)

5–10 years construction experience

2–5 years Foreman/Supervisor experience

Ability to read technical drawings

Strong leadership and site management skills

GCC experience is usually preferred

Pay: From QAR6,000.00 per month
