Foreman (Civil/Construction)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site activities, laborers, and subcontractors
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Interpret construction drawings and specifications; guide teams accordingly
• Monitor material usage and inventory; report shortages or delays
• Conduct daily site inspections and toolbox talks
• Enforce compliance with UAE labor laws, safety standards, and company policies
• Maintain site records: attendance, progress reports, incident logs
• Liaise with engineers, project managers, and safety officers
• Resolve minor site issues and escalate major concerns promptly

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of civil, MEP, or structural works depending on project scope
• Familiarity with UAE safety regulations and municipality requirements
• Ability to read technical drawings and execute work plans
• Leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
