Foreman- Construction

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to lead on-site crews and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. You’ll oversee daily operations, coordinate tasks, and report to the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate site workers and subcontractors
• Ensure work follows plans, specs, and safety standards
• Track progress and report issues or delays
• Maintain site safety and enforce regulations
• Communicate with project managers and stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3+ years in construction with leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety practices
• Ability to read plans and blueprints
• Good communication and leadership skills
