Foreman (Construction)

Responsible for supervising daily building construction activities, managing labor teams, coordinating with engineers, and ensuring work meets UAE standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site work for building projects.
• Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and UAE authority regulations.
• Manage laborers and subcontractors; allocate daily tasks.
• Monitor site safety, conduct toolbox talks, and enforce PPE use.
• Check quality of work and resolve on-site issues.
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and site logistics.
• Maintain daily reports and update Site Engineer/Project Manager.

Requirements

• 5+ years UAE experience as a Construction Foreman.
• Strong background in building construction (villa, residential, or commercial).
• Knowledge of UAE building codes and HSE procedures.
• Ability to read drawings and manage site teams.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
