Foreman- Construction

We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman with proven UAE experience in villa and high-rise building projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, managing manpower, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities for villa and/or high-rise projects
• Allocate and control manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently
• Read, understand, and execute work as per approved drawings, method statements, and specifications
• Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and subcontractors
• Ensure work complies with UAE building codes, local authority regulations, and HSE standards
• Monitor productivity and report daily progress to site management
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce site safety practices
• Ensure quality of workmanship and rectify defects as instructed
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and authorities when required
• Maintain discipline and ensure proper housekeeping on site

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of construction experience, including UAE experience
• Proven background in villa construction and/or high-rise buildings
• Strong knowledge of RCC works, blockwork, plastering, finishing, and fit-out
• Ability to manage multicultural labor teams
• Good understanding of construction drawings and BOQs
• Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations
• Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
