The role ensures work is completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications, UAE regulations, and quality standards.Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise daily site activities for villa and high-rise projects</li><li>Manage labor, subcontractors, and materials</li><li>Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and schedules</li><li>Monitor quality and enforce safety regulations</li><li>Coordinate with engineers and report progress</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent</li><li>5&ndash;10 years UAE experience in villas and high-rise buildings</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction, finishing, and MEP works</li><li>Ability to read drawings and manage site teams</li><li>Good communication skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
