WE ARE HIRING – FOREMAN (Construction Fit-Out)

We are currently looking for an experienced and reliable Foreman to join our growing construction fit-out team in the UAE.

Position: Foreman (Fit-Out / Construction)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and workforce
• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and workers
• Ensure work is completed according to drawings and specifications
• Monitor project progress and meet deadlines
• Maintain safety standards and site discipline
• Manage materials, tools, and manpower efficiently

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Foreman in construction or fit-out projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge in civil, electrical, plumbing, or finishing works
• Ability to handle multiple trades is an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Can work under pressure and meet project deadlines
