Foreman cum Driver

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Foreman cum Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee site operations, supervise workers, and also handle driving duties as required. This dual-role position requires strong leadership, multitasking skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring work is completed according to project plans and timelines.
• Assign tasks to workers and monitor performance for quality and safety compliance.
• Operate company vehicles for transporting staff, tools, and materials to project sites.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and vehicles.
• Enforce safety protocols and company policies on site.
• Communicate effectively with management, clients, and subcontractors.
• Maintain records of daily activities, manpower, and material usage.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Foreman in construction/contracting (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and site management.
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor/site environments.
• Good communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English, Arabic, Hindi, etc.].

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
