Foreman Electrician and Lead

```
Duties:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in commercial and residential multifamily settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical wiring
- Install electrical components, such as transformers, circuit breakers, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures
- Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices to ensure compatibility and safety of the system
- Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and perform repairs or replacements as needed
- Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environmen

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an electrician in commercial and residential settings
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hand tools, and power tools
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to electrical installations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Skills:
- Proficient in building, installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and ability to adhere to its guidelines
- Skilled in using various hand tools for electrical work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
