Foreman – Flexo, Creasing & Die Cutting

Best Carton Industry LLC is looking for a hardworking and experienced Foreman who can handle Flexo, Creasing, and Die Cutting sections in our factory. The person should know how these machines work and be able to guide operators and helpers to complete daily production smoothly.

Main Duties

• Supervise and manage Flexo, Creasing, and Die Cutting machines.
• Give daily work to operators and helpers as per production plan.
• Make sure machines are running properly and production is on time.
• Check product quality during and after production.
• Solve small machine or process problems quickly.
• Keep the area clean and follow safety rules.
• Maintain production records and report to the Production Manager.
• Train and guide new machine operators when needed.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a carton or packaging factory.
• Must have knowledge of Flexo printing, Creasing, and Die Cutting machines.
• Can handle a team and complete daily production targets.
• Able to do basic machine settings and adjustments.
• Physically fit and ready to work long hours if needed.
• Able to read job orders and follow supervisor’s instructions.

Work Hours

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
