Foreman / General Labor Lead | $26–$30/hr | Full-Time | Cabot, PA

Pay: $26–$30/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (overtime available)

What You’ll Do

• Lead a 3–6 person crew on-site, working alongside them 70–80% of the day

• Review work orders, stage materials, and create daily site plans

• Assign and rotate tasks; coach crew for efficiency and quality

• Perform hands-on technical tasks alongside your crew

• Communicate professionally with residential & commercial clients

• Track labor hours, material usage, and submit accurate daily reports

• Inspect completed work for quality and ensure the site is cleaner than when you arrived

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a foreman or crew lead in an outdoor labor industry (construction, roofing, pressure washing, or landscaping preferred) – experience must be clearly reflected on your resume

• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR; comfortable driving trucks & trailers

• Ability to lift 50 lbs+, work at heights, and handle year-round outdoor conditions

• Knowledge of job-site safety practices and equipment

• Basic tech literacy (smartphones/tablets, cloud-based time & project apps)

• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills

• Adaptable problem-solver with excellent customer-service instincts
