Foreman – High-End Lawn & Landscape (Central Florida)

Bluecrest Lawn & Landscape is hiring a top-tier Foreman to lead our crews and execute high-quality lawn and landscape projects across Central Florida.

This is NOT an entry-level role.
We are looking for someone with real leadership experience, strong field knowledge, and the ability to run jobs without constant supervision.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading and managing crews (2–5+ team members) daily
• Running lawn maintenance routes with efficiency and quality control
• Executing landscaping projects (sod, mulch, plant installs, cleanups)
• Assisting with or leading hardscape installs (pavers, retaining walls when applicable)
• Ensuring every property meets high-end visual standards
• Training and developing crew members
• Maintaining job timelines and productivity
• Communicating professionally with clients when needed
• Operating equipment safely and keeping trucks/trailers organized

Minimum Requirements (Must Have)

• 2+ years of hands-on landscaping experience
• Proven experience leading a crew (Foreman or Crew Leader)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Lawn maintenance (cutting, edging, blowing)
• Landscaping installs (plants, sod, mulch)
• Ability to operate:
• Commercial mowers
• Trimmers, edgers, blowers
• Basic landscaping tools and equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat year-round
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and accountability

Highly Preferred (Stand Out Candidates Have This)

• Experience with pavers, retaining walls, or drainage work
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to read layouts or plan installs on-site
• Experience managing job timelines and materials
