Foreman - High Rise Construction

1. Site Supervision

• Oversee day-to-day site activities for finishing works (plaster, painting, tiling, carpentry, false ceiling, MEP finishing coordination, etc.).
• Supervise general construction activities including concreting, blockwork, and structural support tasks.
• Ensure tradesmen and laborers are performing work correctly and efficiently.

2. Coordination & Planning

• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Allocate manpower, tools, and materials according to project priorities.
• Report daily progress and issues to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.

3. Quality Control

• Ensure finishing works meet approved samples, quality standards, and client specifications.
• Conduct inspections and highlight any rework requirements immediately.
• Verify levels, alignment, and workmanship standards across all finishing trades.

4. Safety Compliance

• Enforce company safety rules, PPE usage, and safe working practices.
• Identify site hazards and report them promptly.
• Participate in toolbox talks and maintain a safe work environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
