Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Foreman to lead our installation teams and ensure the highest quality of our product installations. This role demands strong leadership, communication skills, technical expertise, and the ability to guarantee that every project is executed to SOUNDPROFF's premium standards. You will be the key figure on-site, responsible for turning our promise of silence and comfort into a reality.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the work of installation teams on-site.
• Oversee and enforce adherence to installation technology and company quality standards at all stages.
• Plan on-site works, read and interpret technical documentation and drawings.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients on-site, providing technical guidance and ensuring a VIP level of service.
• Communicate with site officials.
• Resolve technical and organizational issues that arise during the installation process.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on the worksite.
• Ensure timely project completion and sign-off on acceptance certificates.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Foreman, Team Leader, or Senior Installer (preferably in windows, facades, or glazed structures).
• In-depth technical knowledge of installation processes and construction standards.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both the team and high-profile clients.
• A valid UAE driving license is a must.
• Fluency in English.
• Arabic or Russian language skills are a plus.
