Responsible for maintaining, trouble shooting,and repair of plant instrument, control system and valves of MIDREX DRI plant.

Lead the team member to perform maintenance work. Routine inspection of all plant major equipment.

Read and under stand manuals and drawing,

Responsible of personel and equipment safety. Follow company HSE policies.

Check the availability of all Test Equipment and Tools required to perform the jobs.

To perform planned & routine jobs as per instructions from Supervisor / shift incharge.

Carry out for Field instrument calibration and Instrument Preventive Maintenance (PM) jobs & provide the calibration data to Supervisor.

To inform Supervisor about any abnormality observed during PM / calibration.

Handover the shift while ensuring that

• All Test Equipment are in working condition.
• All Work permits are filed.
• During shift reliving time, inform all job status to next shift reliever.
• Availability of Common Tools.
• Ensure that standard practices are being followed and any deviation reported.
• Housekeeping is well controlled after completion of all job.

Ensuring the availability of required tools.

Inform concerned authorities for any abnormalities during the working shift duty.
