Foreman - Interior Fit-Out

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Foreman to oversee daily operations on-site, supervise workers, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Foreman will act as a key link between the engineers and the workforce, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality execution of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction/work crews
• Assign tasks and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
• Monitor productivity and maintain project schedules
• Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans
• Communicate progress, issues, and updates to engineers and project managers
• Resolve on-site conflicts and troubleshoot problems quickly

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Foreman or in a supervisory role in a fit-out/construction company
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Solid understanding of construction processes, equipment, and safety standards
• Ability to read technical drawings and plans
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various site conditions

Experience:

• Supervisor: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
