Foreman, Landscape Hardscape

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Foreman, Landscape Hardscape to lead and oversee the installation, construction, and maintenance of hardscape features within landscape projects. This role is vital in ensuring high-quality craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency on job sites. As a key leader, you will coordinate teams, manage project timelines, and uphold standards that bring outdoor spaces to life through concrete, pavers, retaining walls, and other hardscape elements. Your expertise will drive successful project completion while fostering a positive team environment.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of landscape hardscape crews to ensure timely and quality execution of projects
• Lead installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, and outdoor living spaces with precision and attention to detail
• Oversee site preparation, including grading and excavation work necessary for hardscape installation
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards, promoting a safe working environment for all team members
• Collaborate with project managers to plan workflows, allocate resources effectively, and meet project deadlines
• Conduct quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle to maintain high standards of craftsmanship
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members on techniques related to landscaping, construction, irrigation systems, and general maintenance

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supervising landscape construction or hardscape projects with a focus on concrete, pavers, or similar materials
• Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques and installation.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and maintenance as well as general construction processes
• Excellent understanding of safety protocols related to landscaping and construction environments
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications accurately
• Prior experience in supervising teams in outdoor settings is highly preferred

Pay: $25.00 per hour
