We’re hiring a Hardscape Foreman to run residential landscape construction projects start to finish with minimal oversight. This role is for a proven field leader, someone who takes ownership of the jobsite, leads their crew with confidence, and delivers consistent, high-quality work without being micromanaged.

What You’ll Own:

• Run landscape & hardscape projects from mobilization to final walkthrough
• Lead, train, and manage a small crew daily
• Execute projects according to plans, designs, and company SOPs
• Maintain jobsite quality, safety, and production standards
• Communicate professionally with clients while onsite
• Track daily progress, photos, and notes in company software
• Manage service truck, tools, and material inventory
• Identify issues early and solve them without waiting for instructions

Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on hardscape experience
• Proven ability to install:
• Pavers
• Retaining walls
• Artificial turf
• Irrigation systems
• Concrete & flatwork
• Grading & site prep

Comfortable operating:

• Skid steers
• Trenchers
• Plate compactors
• Masonry saws and tools

Ability to read plans, layouts, and work orders

Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Legal to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation (based in Fortuna Foothills, AZ)
• Able to work outdoors in extreme heat
• Shows up on time, every day no excuses

Preferred (Not Required)

• Bilingual (English / Spanish)
• Experience using jobsite or project management software
• Advanced masonry or concrete experience
• Prior foreman or lead role
