Foreman, Landscape Hardscape

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Foreman, Landscape Hardscape, to lead and oversee the installation and construction of durable, high-quality hardscape features within landscape projects. In this role, you will coordinate teams, manage project timelines, and ensure safety and craftsmanship standards are met. Your expertise will drive the successful execution of complex hardscape elements such as patios, retaining walls, pavers, stonework, and other concrete or masonry features. Duties

• Lead and supervise landscape hardscape crews to ensure efficient and precise installation of hardscape elements including concrete forming, masonry, paving, and stonework.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed construction plans to guide project execution accurately.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to align project goals with timelines and quality standards.
• Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely for excavation, grading, concrete finishing, or fabrication tasks related to hardscape features.
• Conduct construction inspections to verify work quality, adherence to safety protocols, and compliance with design specifications.
• Manage material procurement, estimate project costs related to materials like concrete, stone, or glass installation components.
• Ensure all work sites are maintained in a clean, safe condition while adhering to OSHA standards and company safety policies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management with a focus on landscape hardscape projects; familiarity with concrete forming, masonry, tile laying, and restoration is essential.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings specific to hardscape construction.
• Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and specialized fabrication equipment.
• Ability to read construction plans accurately and translate them into actionable work sequences on-site.
• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems relevant to landscape features is a plus.
• Experience with construction estimating and project management software such as Bluebeam is highly desirable.

Pay: $25.16 - $30.30 per hour
