Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Foreman, Landscape Hardscape and/or Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and assist with the installation, construction, and restoration of high-quality landscape hardscape projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellence in every task. Whether overseeing crew operations or performing hands-on labor, your energy and expertise will help bring outdoor visions to life. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects that enhance outdoor spaces while developing your skills in construction management and craftsmanship. We have state of the art equipment such as a Unilfyt (Paver/Wall Vaccum laying machine), brand new equipmet and trucks.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate landscape hardscape installation teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and to specifications
- Operate and maintain power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and specialized machinery safely and effectively
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide project execution
- Have a strong work ethic and the abailty to learn
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the project to ensure adherence to safety standards and design requirements
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and team members to facilitate smooth workflow and clear communication
- Support site safety protocols by maintaining a clean work environment and identifying potential hazards
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction layout
- Hardscape/Landscape Construction knowledge
- Skilled in using hand tools and power tools for various construction tasks
- Experience working on diverse construction sites with a focus on quality craftsmanship.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
