Job Title: Full-Time Landscape Installation Foreman

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Landscape Installation Foreman. In this leadership role, you will oversee and execute landscape installation projects, coordinating crews, managing daily site operations, and ensuring that all work aligns with Lēʻahi Landscaping’s high standards for ecological stewardship, craftsmanship, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise landscape installation crews in the preparation and installation of landscapes, including planting, grading, irrigation, mulching, hardscape preparation, and related tasks.
• Coordinate daily job site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
• Read and interpret landscape plans, layouts, and project specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
• Train and mentor crew members on installation techniques, equipment operation, safety procedures, and company standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and professional work environment at all job sites.
• Communicate with management regarding project progress, material needs, scheduling, and job site conditions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in landscape installation, construction, horticulture, or related fields required.
• Prior leadership or crew management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of landscape installation methods, grading, planting practices, and irrigation systems
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and construction drawings.
• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable, punctual, and capable of leading a team in a professional manner.
• Valid State ID and reliable transportation required.

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time, flexible schedule.
• Must be available for shifts on weekdays and occasional weekends.

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
