Key Responsibilities

As a Foreman, you are the "Captain" of the job site, responsible for quality, safety, and efficiency across all four seasons.

• Crew Leadership: Direct daily activities, manage personnel, and mentor crew members in best practices for turf care and snow removal.

• Seasonal Versatility: Lead mowing and landscape maintenance during the growing season; pivot to leading snow plowing, shoveling, and de-icing operations during the winter.

• Operational Excellence: Coordinate with account managers to ensure every job meets our award-winning quality standards.

• Asset Management: Monitor and maintain equipmentfrom commercial mowers to snow plows and spreadersto ensure peak performance.

• Project Tracking: Accurately record job expenses, labor hours, and materials using our digital tracking systems.

• Safety & Logistics: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times, prioritizing slip-and-fall prevention during winter months.

Qualifications & Requirements

We are looking for a self-driven leader who is obsessed with the details and ready for the Colorado elements.

• Experience: 3+ years of professional landscape maintenance experience (preferred).

• Equipment Mastery: Proficient in operating commercial mowers and trimmers, as well as snow plows, skid steers, and salt spreaders.

• Winter Readiness: Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends during snow events.

• Clean Record: Must have a valid drivers license with an insurable driving record.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills; ability to bridge the gap between clients, vendors, and managers.

• Reliability: Punctuality is non-negotiable. Our crews and clients depend on your leadership, especially when the weather hits.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (extreme heat and sub-zero temperatures).

• Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and maintaining a high level of physical activity throughout the day.
