Foreman, Lawn Maintenance

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lawn Maintenance foreman to lead our maintenance team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of lawn care and landscape maintenance, ensuring high-quality results that enhance the beauty and health of outdoor spaces. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and excellence across multiple job sites.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily lawn maintenance activities, including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilization to ensure pristine outdoor spaces.
• Oversee landscape projects from planning through execution, including planting, pruning, mulching, and soil preparation.
• Uphold safety standards and quality workmanship.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure adherence to project specifications and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand landscaping needs and deliver customized solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping tools.
• Implement tree care practices including pruning and removal when necessary to maintain safety and aesthetics.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project progress for accountability and reporting purposes.

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or related outdoor services roles.
• Knowledge of lawn care practices such as fertilization schedules
