Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily lawn maintenance activities, including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aeration to maintain pristine outdoor environments.
• Lead landscaping projects such as planting, pruning, mulching, and garden bed installation with precision and attention to detail.
• Oversee tree care operations including trimming, removal, and health assessments to promote safety and vitality.
• Manage irrigation systems installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure efficient water use across all landscapes.
• Supervise team members by assigning tasks, providing training on horticultural techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality standards are met and safety regulations are followed.
• Collaborate with clients and project managers to plan landscaping layouts, timelines, and resource allocation for construction or renovation projects.

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or related outdoor services roles.
• Strong background in lawn care practices including mowing techniques, fertilization schedules, pest control, and aeration.
• Knowledge of horticulture principles with hands-on experience in gardening and plant health management.
• Familiarity with construction processes related to outdoor projects such as hardscaping or landscape installation.
• Experience with tree care procedures including pruning techniques and hazard assessments.
• Skills in irrigation system setup and troubleshooting are highly desirable.
