Foreman (MEP) with Qatar Driving License

We are looking for a qualified Foreman – MEP to join team for Facility Management operations in Qatar.

Position Details

• Position: Foreman – MEP (Qatar Driving License Must)
• No. of Positions: 1
• Salary: QAR 3,000 + Accommodation + Transportation

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and maintenance activities of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Allocate tasks to technicians and ensure timely completion of PPM & reactive maintenance.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for specialized works.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, supporting technicians when required.
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, workforce allocation, and material usage.
• Support energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices.
• Enforce HSE standards and ensure team compliance.
• Provide on-the-job training and technical guidance to junior staff.
• Liaise with clients/occupants to resolve complaints and provide updates on maintenance work.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / ITI Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing.
• 5–7 years of MEP maintenance experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/foreman role in Facility Management.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, pumps, electrical panels, plumbing, fire systems).
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings & technical manuals.
• Strong leadership, team management, and reporting skills.
• Good communication and client-handling abilities.
• Sound knowledge of HSE practices.
• Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
